  1. Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Season steak with ½ tsp each salt and pepper and cook to desired doneness, 4 to 6 minutes per side for medium-rare. Transfer to a cutting board and let rest for at least 5 minutes before slicing.
  2. Meanwhile, remove the dressing, salsa, tortilla strips, and cheese from salad bags. Divide the lettuce among four plates. Divide sliced steak, tomatoes, black beans, avocado, cheese, and tortilla strips among the plates. Spoon dressing from one packet and both salsa packets onto salads. (Reserve remaining 1 packet creamy dressing for another use.)
