Nothing wrong with having this occasionally. Tweak how you want, I put a little sprinkle of sesame oil on mine. I love it.

The directions are incorrect: the sauce measurements are for TWO packages of ramen. I always add meat and veggies (I grew up in Japan) because eating ramen without adding meat and veg is like boiling spaghetti and eating it with nothing added. This is fast and delicious. Definitely a keeper.

I am very eager to try this recipe since my boyfriend and I always have ramen noodles in the house just in case there’s nothing else to eat. I’m reading the reviews and a few of you say that there’s too much peanut butter but in the video he doesn’t just use 1 package of ramen noodles (like the recipe says), he actually uses 2. Maybe that makes a big difference in the taste.

I just made this for dinner & it tastes amazing! I’m not a big Thai food officianado, but compared to what I’ve had this was a pretty great comparison. It took less than 10 minutes to make. The flavors we’re pretty strong, but I thing that made it great. In the future I will probably add some chicken but keep the about the same measurements for sauce, or maybe add some fresh veggies. A new favorite for me!

Not a huge fan. I think if you cut the peanut butter, soy sauce, and Sriracha in half it might have been better. It was too peanut buttery for me. It also had a lot of heat with two teaspoons of Sriracha. It was quick and easy though but the taste just wasn’t right.

I couldn’t even stomach this recipe enough to finish it. I ended up throwing it out after three bites, which says a lot because I do not waste food. It may have been better with perhaps half the peanut butter, but I am not willing to risk trying it again.

Made this for dinner tonight and it was great and really filling! Perfect for the cold weather we’ve been having lately. I’ll be keeping this up my sleeve for nights when I don’t feel like cooking 🙂

Just looking at this recipe gives me high blood pressure. Hello sodium content! And is it truly necessary to have a recipe for a ramen noodle upgrade??? Anyone who grew up eating ramen has upgraded them, not because of a Martha Stewart recipe, but out of necessity to add some flavor to these cheap, salty noodles. My mind is boggled that people would head out to the store to specially buy ingredients to make this! SMH.

I wasn’t “crazy” about this one. I love Ramen noodles and peanut butter, but I didn’t like them together. It was filling and it wasn’t terrible, but it just didn’t do anything for me. This is the first recipe that I’ve ever made from Mad Hungry that I didn’t like, though! Everything else has been great.

I think I’ll try it with crunchy peanut butter. I’ve never had Sriracha chili sauce, but it looks good. Hope I can find it in the stores. I’m from a relatively small town.

I’ve been making this for years. Also try taking your favorite ‘Asian Dressing’ and adding the peanut butter (warm up in micro first) to that. With the built in seasonings of soy, ginger, garlic, etc… it makes a WONDERFUL sauce.

I made this tonight with grilled chicken and it was awsome. Where was this recipe when I was in college, thanks CQ! I used low fat peanut butter and low sodium soy sauce, and it was still great!

I add leftover meats cut up small and chopped hard boiled eggs along with the scallions. (and hot pepper flakes)
