Mango and Avocado Salad recipe – healthy & easy

Ingredients

  • 4 Cups salad greens
  • 2/3 bag of Perdue Short Cuts Original Roasted Carved Chicken Breast
  • 1 cucumber, diced
  • 1/2 avocado, sliced
  • 1 mango, diced

Directions

Wash and dry the salad greens and set aside in a large bowl. 

Add the Perdue Short Cuts to the salad greens.

Chop the mango, cucumber, and avocado into bite-sized pieces and toss in the salad bowl.

Make your own dressing or top with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
