Mango and Avocado Salad recipe – healthy & easy
- 4 Cups salad greens
- 2/3 bag of Perdue Short Cuts Original Roasted Carved Chicken Breast
- 1 cucumber, diced
- 1/2 avocado, sliced
- 1 mango, diced
Wash and dry the salad greens and set aside in a large bowl.
Add the Perdue Short Cuts to the salad greens.
Chop the mango, cucumber, and avocado into bite-sized pieces and toss in the salad bowl.
Make your own dressing or top with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
