Autumn Pear Salad recipe – healthy & easy
- 4 Cups mixed salad greens
- 1/2 Cup crumbled blue cheese
- 1/2 Cup balsamic vinaigrette
- 2 pears, cored and cut into bite-size pieces
- 1 red onion, thinly sliced
In serving bowl, toss together the greens, blue cheese, vinaigrette, pears, and onions. Serve immediately.
